Megan enters her second year as the EKU assistant coach. She will assist in every aspect of the program including: recruiting, scheduling, travel arrangements and practice and game plans. Head coach Jane Worhtingotn beleives Mills is a great addition to the staff. "I think Megan is dedicated to our program and understands what is expected. She is going to be a great assistan coach, and I am very please she has joined the program on a full-time basis," said Worthington.

Megan will work with the pitchers and catchers after a stellar playing career as a Colonel. While at EKU, Mills was the Colonel catcher, and knows the EKU pitching staff first-hand. Her knowledge behind the plate allows her to relate well with the younger pitchers as well as the veterans. Megan was a key piece in the Colonels OVC Crown last season, and looks to extend her knowledge of Ohio Valley opponents to the field this season.

Megan came to EKU after a great career at San Jose City College. Mills is a California native.
